Personal Details: Born in a land far from Ptolus, Speer has wandered the world in order to find a home. She seems to have a “sixth sense” about many things that seems to unnerve many people. She has been accused of being a witch by folk unfamiliar with magic in less populated parts of the world.
In Ptolus, she ran afoul of a minor cousin of the Vladaam family about six months ago. In a game of bones that went wrong, the cousin wound up dead by the point of her spear. The law has a sizable bounty out for her.
Migraine, the All Knowing and All Powerful, recognized her innate psionic powers. She has Foresight, which allows her to see things a split second before most people. Migraine has given her shelter within the Collectors and enhanced her innate abilities in return for her loyalty as a protector.
