A PC I threw together on the fly for a game Big Dog ran at Origins. I had some cool Doom trappings. I would not mind running this guy again.

Pace: 5, Parry: 7, Toughness: 8, Charisma: 0
Languages: Common, Dwarf
Gear: Flail d8 (Str+d6), Unarmed Strike d8 (Str), Chain Vest (2, Parry+1)
•One Eye: -1 Charisma if seen; -2 rolls needing depth perception
•Quirk (Gruff and Doomy, but a softie for kids and: Minor humorous foible
•Vow (Cleric of Doom): Vow causes problems
•Arcane Miracles: Gain the Miracles arcane background
•Sunder: Dwarven AP 1 or 2
•Low Light: Ignore penalties for Dim and Dark lighting
•Slow: Dwarves have a Pace of 5".
•Tough: Start with d6 Vigor
•Bless/Curse: Raise/lower a trait by one die-type (or two with raise) in Medium or Large Template

A horrible realization of your Doom freezes you in place

Doom’s holy symbol glows on the weapon.
•Summon Ally: Summon an Extra completely loyal to you
The creature summoned is an Avatar of Doom. Especially fun is to summon the bodyguards, as I envision them “hanging” on their target, dragging them down to their Doom!
